Real care grounded in reality.

Indigenous medicine holders long before me created what I now use in my practice. As a white woman, I know the gravity of what tools and language I use during our sessions and my work in general. My goal is to honor and give all the credit to those who have survived genocides and oppression and kept the medicine alive. I aim to raise those voices and to keep learning the ways I can face white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism every day.

The wellness industry has been overrun by individualized capitalistic care. My goal is to show that real wellness thrives in connection, in holding each other. Real medicine comes from the rock we live on and the air we breathe. Not in spending money on “grounding mats” and “anti-aging”. This work is here and deep, not for the Instagram-worthy “self-care” day.

“You do not have to be good.

You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.

You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves…”
